HOSPITALITY FORUM: CUSTOMIZING THE GUEST EXPERIENCE

By IIDA NY Chapter (other events)

Wednesday, March 18 2015 6:00 PM 8:00 PM EDT

ABOUT ABOUT

The landscape is changing and each hotelier wants to deliver its own original brand. Whether the guest is techy, sports minded, budget driven, luxury or culinary obsessed, there is a hotel property offering a customized “experience community”.

The Hospitality Forum will explore the phenomenon of crafting these niche brands with a panel of renown and award winning designers who are responsible for developing these unique hotel concepts globally.

From the art and science of creating an authentic connection between the guest and the brand in a new world of Airbnb (the infusion of a local experience in a global world) to the business traveler extending their stay, experience is the new expectation and the discussion will focus on how the hospitality industry is embracing today’s modern traveler.
