FACILITIES FORUM: WHY WORK HERE?

By IIDA NY Chapter (other events)

ABOUT ABOUT

New York City is home to some of the most expensive commercial real estate properties in the world yet companies and individuals continually flock to the city to establish themselves. What are the driving factors that justify these real estate prices and design choices? What are the current trends shaping the markets in the five boroughs? How is the co-working/amenities sharing product affecting the market? What new types of businesses and leaders are these areas attracting?

Please join the Facilities Forum, moderated by Justin Mardex, Director of Workplace Strategy at Ted Moudis Associates, for a lively panel discussion featuring Sacha Zarba of CBRE and Jesse Keenan, Research Director for the Center of Urban Real Estate (CURE) at Columbia University, that addresses all of these questions and looks to answer what this means for the evolving workplace and the commercial interior industry.
