IMPACT NY: BRONX FOREST TRAIL WORK & FOREST CLEANUP

Help MillionTreesNYC achieve their ambitious goal of planting and caring for one million new trees across the five boroughs, by joining IIDANY in their first Impact event of the year! On June 27th, we will partner with NYC Parks as they clear brush and plant new trees in Bronx Park, home of the Bronx Zoo and New York Botanical Garden. The trees that we care for during this event will be counted toward the MillionTreesNYC initiative and increase our city's urban forest, one of our most valuable environmental assets.

Participants should wear work boots or other sturdy shoes, long pants, and weather-appropriate clothing that can get dirty. You must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer for this event.
