The IIDA NY Buffalo City Center will be hosting a business etiquette event that will be open to both students and professionals.
Our guest speaker, John Bourdage, is a graduate of Ivor Spencer School for Butler Administration and Personal Assistants in London, a Five Star Diamond award winning school. John will be focusing on the necessary skills to improve casual and professional relationships.
Some of the topics he will discuss are proper cell phone usage, appropriate attire and other networking skills that are commonly overlooked.
