"Leveraging Lean to Prosper Health Design," is an international CEU healthcare lecture series focusing on Lean Practices and how Lean Planning + Design processes can dramatically shorten the planning phase, essentially safeguarding design team resources. This results in more time to explore design essentials and produce better outcomes for the design team, owner, and patient. Whether you are designing Lean or not, this healthcare lecture explores how owner/designer teams, using interactive tools and methods, are demonstrating new ways to bring forth greater design efficiencies and satisfaction.
