A discussion on the influence of Scandinavian design in America
The panel features 3 award winning designers, Brad Ascalon, Founder of Brad Ascalon Studio, Joe Doucet, Founder of Joe Doucet x Partners, and Ghislaine Viñas, owner of Ghislaine Vinas Interior Design, moderated by Kelly Beamon of Architectural Record.
The conversation will include how Scandinavian lifestyle and trends have had a resurgence in the last decade, how Scandinavian design has migrated and influenced modern interiors and products in the North American market, the designer’s personal journey as an American working for a Scandinavian based company, and touching on their most recent projects and designs.
