ABOUT ABOUT

What it means to be an #advocate in New York State

Wondering what’s going on and what it means to be an “Advocate”? Please join us to learn how you can help our profession to protect and expand our rights as interior designers and learn about current legislation. IIDA and ASID are joining together to provide a panel of experts to discuss the basics of advocacy, the current legislative environment, and how you can get involved. Tours of the recently completed NextCorps startup space in the historic Sibley building will be given during the event as well, so join us and start up your advocacy mission!

Speakers:
Emily Kluczynski Director of Advocacy, Legislative Affairs, and Public Policy IIDA
Amy Coombs Executive Director, Prestige Government Relations & Consulting Group
Katrina Merolle Hay, CID, IIDA, LEED AP Vice President of Advocacy IIDA
