GRADING THE RATINGS: WELL RATED
Sustainable Design Forum Educational Event
The event will take place on Tuesday, January 23rd at 6:30 - 8:30 pm in the newly open Delos offices at 860 Washington Street in Manhattan.
The presentation will actively engage and utilize the venue to illustrate application of the WELL principles. After short introduction, participants of the event will move between 4 Stations/Focus Groups to dive into discussion of: Fitness, Nutrition & Water, Air & Light; and Comfort & Mind principles. The discussion will showcase examples of the interior features that respond to the requirements of the WELL Building Standard.
Panel discussion will follow:
- How WELL was applied in this and other projects and how to measure success?
- Why it’s important to set performance goals, how owners measure quantitative and qualitative feedback?
- How and why these healthier environments are facilitating overall lifestyle changes?
Panel discussion will be followed by Q&A session.
This event is the first in a series devoted to rating systems for interior environments.

This program provides 0.13 IDCEC CEU, and 1.5 WELL SPECIFIC GBCI CE.
The current compliance period runs from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018. IIDA Professional and Associate Members are required to complete and report 1.0 CEU (10 hours) of Continuing Education prior to December 31, 2018.
